Why Annunciation?

At Annunciation, we pride ourselves on being a small, private and intimate school community. We carefully select each student to maintain our student population.

We are a school of 152 students, representing over 25 zip codes from all different communities in Cincinnati. Our student to teacher ratio is 15:1.

We are a coeducational school. 45% of our students are male and 55% are female.

We are faith-filled, we are Catholic, and we welcome all religions and creeds. The Annunciation School Family is marked by great religious diversity. While respecting the various faith traditions of our students, we offer a dynamic image of the Catholic Church, genuine exposure to Church Teaching and prayer, and a special adherence to the Liturgical Seasons!

We are a diverse community. Over 60% of our students are Asian, Hispanic, African-American or Multiracial.

We embrace technology: wireless internet, 10 interactive Smartboards, mobile laptop carts, iPads, student desktops in every classroom, computer lab, web-based Accelerated Reader Program, OptionC Student Management System, and fully automated library.

We are preparing students for success in high school. Over 80% of Annunciation graduates continue their education at an Archdiocesan High School.

We are Academic. Annunciation provides the core subjects of Science, Social Studies, Math and Language Arts, as well as Art, Music, Physical Education, Foreign Language and daily Religion classes.
